Next, to add a bit more to the nav bar, to make it look more interesting.

For this I did a bolt.

Drawing a circle and colouring it a light grey I then chose a tool called the 'Burn' tool.

The 'Burn' tool when dragged over a certain area makes the colour darker. This can be layered to create a darker shade of the first colour.

I had to adjust the expose so that the area did not become to dark.

Also keeping the exposure low allows for better control.

To create a shine on the metal I used a tool called the 'Dodge' tool.

This tool works in the opposite way to the 'Burn' tool. When dragged over an area it lightens the area down. Again this can be layered and exposure adjusted.
